I'll bite. They are either the Mustard-Yellow Polypore or the Hairy Parchment...I can't see the bottom so, not positive...being they are on dead wood, more likely the Polypore. Hairy Parchment are brownish underneath.So, how'd I do?BlessYourHeart

I can't remember exactly what they are called but I think of them as toadstools growing on a tree trunk.
