Just Us Two Girls Again
Guess walking around the fair and beach yesterday wore me out. I didn't want to get out of bed this morning. We got up anyway and took Hiker out for an early morning walk to beat the heat. Keith and I did venture out a couple of times...once to Wal-Mart and the a little later to have lunch, but it was just too hot to really do much else. Guess they've been having some medium sized earthquakes last night and this morning over in Orange County. That's where Keith lives and he kept hearing from his daughters about the quakes. Keith left to head for home around 1:30 pm. So now it's just me and Hiker again.

My daughter left yesterday to visit her brother in Newport Beach. She should enjoy the quakes, will bring back memories of when we used to live in California. It's been hot here too. I'm for one looking forward to fall.
