Stayed up late last night to watch the season premiere of “CSI” and then did not fall asleep until around midnight. Up early for a dog walk with Jean. Really dark outside here at 6 am.
Heard on our local news that it will be cool for a couple of days but then by the weekend it is going to be back up into the triple digits. Darn! That means that I’ll have to postpone the local tour on Sunday that I was going to take 3 of the ladies from my support group on. It will be too hot for us to be outside.
Was nice a cool when we did our dog walk this morning. There were a lot of people out walking, jogging, riding their bikes, etc.
After lunch, I did some house work which made me tired. I am soooo out of shape.

When we were in Texas, we kept reading about how nice and cool it was here at home. WELL--as soon as we got home, it was cool for ONE more day.. Then it turned warm again --and is still quite warm. I am SO ready for some REAL Fall weather here .. We also are very dry and need rain desperately. The leaves are turning brown and just falling off of the trees.. Not good so far! Oh Well...

It's been really hot here and now it's cooling off. sorry you have to postpone your activity with friends because of the heat there.
