Was lying in bed around 7 am this morning watching TV when Jean called me. There has been a bird in her tree every morning, warbling up a storm, so she wanted me to see if I could get a photo of it and try to find out what kind of bird it was. I didn’t find anything on the Internet, so I put the photo on Facebook and one of my friends may have figured out what kind of bird it was. Facebook can come in really handy at times.
Washed my sheets and paid a bill online. Once I put the sheets in the dryer, I took Hiker out for a walk down by Discovery Park. Was a nice morning, a little hazy but the sun was out and it was warm.
There was another “Ghost Whisperer” marathon today. Actually it was a continuation of the one that was on yesterday. Spent most of the afternoon watching it.
Spent some time on the patio trying to get a shot of that colorful hummer, but it keeps eluding me. I hear it chirping and clicking and then I see it at the feeder, but the minute I try to snap a photo, it takes off. Smart little bird.
Shot this photo of some Wild Rhubarb while out walking Hiker at Discovery park.

Glad you are feeling better andgetting
ReplyDeleteGlad you're feeling better and getting out more hiking. It has been a rainy day here today. I think we need it maybe it will get some of this pollen out of the air. Take care.
ReplyDeleteBirdwatching is always fun. But when it comes to photographs those little creatures can be elusive for sure.
