Slept in again this morning and this morning we didn't even attempt to go for a morning walk. It is just way too hot. So just decided to do absolutely nothing today...again. Got a call from my brother Keith. His contractual work is supposed to end tomorrow and he's hoping that the company hires him back full time, but he has not heard anything yet, so he wanted to plan a tentative visit with me and Hiker for next week. Would be nice if it would cool down by then so Keith, Hiker and I could do some hiking.
I hope it cools down for you folks too, Kay. You must have gotten all our heat.... all summer long!!!! This is one of our coolest summers on record but notice I'm not complaining. I hate heat!!
