Do You Remember Hank Williams Sr.?

Hank Williams Sr. (real name Hiram King Williams) born in 1923.
One of the biggest country stars of all time with songs like "Hey Good Lookin'", "I'm So Lonesome I Could Cry" and "Cold, Cold Heart".
Hank led a hectic life with booze and women. He died at age 29 in 1953 of heart failure.
His biggest hit was "Your Cheatin' Heart".

  1. I wasn't raised with the music of Hank Williams Sr. but over the years, I have hearned enough of his recordings, to declare I am a fan !
Music City, ( Nashville) has a whole museum wing dedicated to his music, it's awesome !
By the way, I've been experimenting with photo shop....

  2. Who could forget Hank--and "Your Cheatin' Heart"???? Great song... Too bad he died so young. His sone (Hank Jr.) doesn't have nearly as good a voice as he father did, I don't think.

I appreciate your comments. Thanks for stopping by.
